Well I skipped 2 days at the gym... was not feeling that great - weak and tired... I slept for 21 hrs yesterday! Not sure if it's stress or depressed... I usually in the past when i take a break I end up not doing it... not this time! I WILL BE THERE TONIGHT DANG IT!

As of Saturday i weighed 230lbs! So I made up for last weekend...lol Now this coming week I need to pick it up a bit!
