Week #7 Need something amazing to happen

This whole loosing weight is so much work!
I need to be motivated by something cause I always seem to run into this problem... 
I get board after a while and end up quiting what ever it is I am doing... be relationships, projects, hobbies etc.

I'm just in a bla state of mind and I'm kind of lost for words this week...
I hope to have a better week next week!

Let go of set backs... be good to yourself. Meditate. Slow down. Do the sit ups anyway (...sounds like you did.) We are at the gym to take care of ourselves. Remember that if anyone's paying attention to you doing sit ups, they're not at the gym to work out. I know you know that no one really gives a shit what anyone else is up to. Most of them are too busy watching themselves in the mirrors!
