I need to really buckle down and get a workout plan together cause the bike riding 5 days a week is starting to become quite easy... 45 min @ 95 RPM's for a distance of 17 miles... the gym still kind of freaks me out – it’s intimidating! Get over it Ang! lol

LMFAO! Well that didn't work out too well... I'm an effing chicken! But I must say I DID change it a little bit... lol Instead of riding the bike with my legs extended I rode it with my legs closer to me chest... it put more pressure on my butt muscles so I'm a wee bit sore today! Try again tonight!
